LOST IN THE UNIVERSE
In 2006, a twelve-year-old boy with a newfound passion for art-house director Pen-Ek Ratanaruang received a special birthday gift from his father. He was presented with an old camcorder and the perfect location to film his first short film - an old cinematic-looking warehouse. During his exploration of the area, the boy stumbled across an old instant noodle cardboard box full of money, bringing to life a scene from Pen-Ek Ratanaruang's film 6ixtyNin9.

'Lost in the Universe' follows the young protagonist as he meets a variety of characters and faces events from Pen-Ek Ratanaruang's films. With the camcorder as his tool and the warehouse as his location, the boy was ready to embark on his own unforgettable cinematic journey.
